# Rankings & Rewards

Mars Fund has established an **8-level ranking system** with escalating privileges and rewards based on **community growth and member contributions**. Each tier represents a **new milestone** in conquering the decentralized finance market while offering **exclusive benefits** for top performers.

#### **How It Works**

1. **Progressive Tier Advancement**
   * Members **ascend tiers** based on referral numbers and total assets under management.
   * Higher tiers unlock **greater rewards**, including:\
     ✓ **Revenue-sharing income** (scaling from 2% to 1% at elite tiers)\
     ✓ **Income cap multipliers** (500% to 1,200% increase)\
     ✓ **Leadership bonuses** (from 200 up to 3,000,000)
2. **Community Growth Drives Earnings**
   * Each tier requires **exponential network expansion** (5x multiplier per tier).
   * Passive income scales with **team size** (ranging from hundreds to nearly a million USD at peak tiers).
